1. Stock trading under the Start plan is commission-free. However, mandatory regulatory fees (US SEC and FINRA) as well as exchange fees may apply. The amounts of these fees and charges are listed below.
2. If stock trading is charged as a percentage of the transaction amount and the market price of a single share is below $1.50, the commission is calculated per share — according to the Pro plan, $0.02 per share.
◦ Example: when buying 1,000 shares at $1.00 per share, the commission will be 1,000 × $0.02 = $20.
◦ A minimum commission of $2 applies. If the calculated commission is less than $2, the minimum fee is charged. For example, when buying 10 shares at $1.00 per share, the calculated commission would be $0.20, but the actual fee will be $2 according to the minimum rate.
